Return Window
Items shipped from BestMarket.us can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This standard timeframe applies to most categories, giving customers sufficient time to decide whether to keep their purchases or initiate a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Registration Form and follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email address to find your order.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
- Choose your preferred return method and follow the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Return Shipping
For most returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Holiday Returns
During the holiday season, we extend our return policy. Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year. This extension allows gift recipients ample time to return unwanted items after the holiday rush.

1. Return Window
You can request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be in perfect condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original labels, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before being sent back.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, undergarments)
- Items marked as "Non-returnable" in the product description
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe returns.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
7. Important Note on Dropshipping Returns
In some cases, a dropshipping return could cost more than the item’s value. For example, if a customer wants to return a $5 pair of socks, the return shipping cost plus the manufacturer's restocking fee might exceed the product's price. In such cases, it may be more practical to issue a refund and let the customer keep the item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the product and packaging to expedite resolution. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
